Form Of The Contract: Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 2,500,000 Euros Excluding Tax Maximum Over The Initial Duration Of 2 Years, Then 1,250,000 Euros Excluding Tax Maximum For Each Of The 2 Annual Renewals, I.E. A Total Of 5,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax Maximum Over 4 Years.
