The Subject Of The Award Of This Order Is: Determination Of An Operator For The Provision Of Food Vouchers In Paper Form According To Ordinance No. 11 Of 21.12.2005 For The Eligible Employees Of Mbal - Haskovo Jsc. This Procedure Is Organized And Conducted By The Contracting Authority With A View To Fulfilling Its Obligations To The Staff Of The Hospital To Provide Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 11 Of 21.12.2005 For Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, Issued By The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy And The Minister Of Health. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Is A Food Voucher Operator, Who Has Received A Permit And Operates Under The Terms And Conditions Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Carry Out An Activity As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Medium, To Issue Food Vouchers On Electronic Medium, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Medium And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator. The Food Voucher Operator Should Provide Food Vouchers As Per Monthly/Periodic Requests Of The Employer.
