Construction-Site Supervision Services – Amoe Service Monitoring Of Regeneration And Masonry Bonding Works. This Notice Aims To Establish A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Single-Awarded, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of €940,000 Excluding Tax Over Its Total Duration, Aimed At Providing Project Management Assistance Services For Monitoring Regeneration And Masonry Bonding Work On The Ratp Network. The Services Include In Particular The Preparation Of The Project Management Assistance Mission, Assistance To The Management Of The Execution Of Works (Det), Assistance With The Approval Of Execution Studies (Visa) And Assistance With Reception Operations (Aor). They Also Include Site Monitoring, Control Of Execution Documents, Monitoring Of Non-Conformities, Reserves And Deliverables As Well As Technical And Financial Reporting Of Operations. The Details Of The Expected Services Are Specified In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses And The Business Directives Annexed To The Draft Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded To A Single Holder. The Services Will Be Ordered By Notification Of Delivery And Service Orders (Ols), Without Re-Competition. The Services Will Be Carried Out Mainly In The Contractors Premises And On The Work Sites Located On The Ratp Network. They Can Be Carried Out Day Or Night And, Exceptionally, On Weekends Or Public Holidays, Depending On Operating Constraints And Operational Needs. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of Twelve Months And May Be Renewed Four Times For A Period Of Twelve Months, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of Sixty Months. The Estimated Start Of Services Is Set For January 2027. As An Indication, The Forecast Load Appearing In The Dpgf Is Estimated At 354 Days Per Twelve-Month Period, Distributed Between The Profiles Of Mission Director And Senior Consultant And Between The Det, Visa And Aor Missions. The Reference Monthly Activity Corresponds To A Volume Of Between 60 And 114 Positions Completed. These Estimates Do Not Constitute A Commitment By Ratp To A Minimum Order Volume.
