Vehicles For Refuse – Delivery Of A Brand New Two-Chamber Vehicle For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste For Międzygminne Skłomiska Odpadów Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Toniszewo. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Two-Chamber Vehicle For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste For Międzygminne Składowiska Odpadów Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Toniszew, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Entitled Technical Specifications Of A Two-Chamber Garbage Truck With Automatic Loading. The Contractor Will Provide The Car (Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle) Together With The Documents Necessary For Registration, I.E.: - A Certified Copy Of The Chassis Approval Certificate, - Vehicle Card (If Required), - Operation, Maintenance And Operation Manual For The Chassis And Superstructure (In Polish) In A Traditional Version (On Paper) Or On A Digital Medium.  Chassis And Engine Service Book,  Superstructure Service Book. Note: All Documents Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Be In Polish. On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Site, The Contractor Will Provide Practical Training To Designated Employees In The Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Vehicle In Terms Of The Chassis, Engine, And Especially The Operation Of All Working Equipment. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Cards For The Chassis And Superstructure Or A Warranty Card Covering The Entire Complete Vehicle. The Contractor Will Provide Service For The Chassis And Engine Of The Vehicle With Min. One Service Point Located In Poland At A Distance Of Up To 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters And A Mobile Vehicle Superstructure Service Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Inspections May Be Performed At The Headquarters Of The Chassis And Superstructure Manufacturer (If For Justified Reasons It Is Not Possible At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party). In Such A Case, The Costs Of The Return Journey Will Be Borne By The Contractor/Supplier. The Ordering Party Allows That Work Related To Servicing And Possible Repairs Of The Chassis Takes Place Without Additional Transport Costs At The Nearest Stationary Service Center Of The Chassis Manufacturer, Provided That The Distance To This Service Center Does Not Exceed 150 Km. The Contractor Will Provide A Service Response Time Of No Longer Than 24 Hours From Notification Of The Need To Perform The Repair. The Notification Will Be Sent Via E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Provided In The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Documents In Polish To Register The Vehicle In Accordance With The Applicable Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended) And Meet The Requirements Set Out In Polish Standards Authorizing The Vehicle For Operation. Warranty Repairs Will Be Performed On-Site At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Within No More Than 7 Business Days From Reporting The Need For Repairs. The Order Will Be Considered Completed If The Delivered Vehicle Meets All The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Tor And Is Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Without Any
