The Contracting Authority, Zorggroep Orion, Wishes To Appoint A Design Team Which Will Be Charged With A Multidisciplinary Study Assignment For The Design Of An Innovative Care Residential Complex For People With Dementia, To Be Realized In The Vicinity Of The Completed Pioneer Building Located At Turnhout Station (Vliegenier). This Concerns A Multidisciplinary Total Study Assignment Relating To Architecture, Stability, Techniques, Acoustics, Safety Coordination, (Care) Landscaping And Other Studies With A View To The Design Of An Innovative New Residential Care Concept For People With Dementia, Provisionally Called The “Vliegenier”, And Any Associated Functions Such As Kitchen, Cafeteria And Reception As Well As New Functions And/Or Living Arrangements To Support The Intended Care Continuum And Optimization Of The Financial Profitability Of The Site.
