The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply To Direct Recipients (Treatment Centers For Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Disorders) Of A Humanized Monoclonal Antibody That Is An Inhibitor Of The Tissue Factor-Dependent Coagulation Pathway - Concizumab, Together With Administration Kits - Hereinafter Referred To As The Medicinal Product, In Order To Secure The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia B Complicated With An Inhibitor, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Health Policy Program Of The Minister Responsible For Health Entitled National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Disorders For 2024-2028, Hereinafter Referred To As The Mz Program, As Well As The Delivery Of Administration Kits, Organization Of Deliveries To Patients Homes, Which Is Considered The Place Of Residence Or Stay Of A Permanent Patient, For The Indicated Number Of Patients Indicated By The National Blood Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Nck), Collection And Disposal Of Disposable Equipment And Medical Waste, Ensuring Strict Records Of The Delivered Medicinal Product With Control Of Drug Consumption By Implementing An Electronic Diary, Developing And Preparing Information Materials On The Safe Use Of Medicinal Products For All Patients And Training All Patients In The Safe Use Of The Medicinal Product No Later Than The Day Of The First Delivery And Providing Medical Waste Containers For All Patients, Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, On The Terms Specified In The Swz Content. 2.
