The Task Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Preparation Of The Necessary Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Scope Described In Detail In The Fup (And Determination Of Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Arrangements) 2) Preparatory, Dismantling And Security Works. 3) Renovation And Renovation Of Clinker Brick Walls, Consisting Of Cleaning Them, Filling In The Chipped Joints, Securing Them With A Clinker Impregnation. 4) Renovation Of Other Walls: Repair Of Plasters, Cracks, Along With Filling, Preparation For Painting, Gypsum Plaster, Painting With Resistant/Washable Paints With Increased Parameters. 5) Renovation Of The Slatted Floor (Heavily Damaged), I.E. Replacement Of Damaged Slats (Assumed To Be 40% Of The Surface), Replacement Of The Substrate To The Necessary Extent, Assumed To Be 0.5% Of The Surface), Sanding Of The Entire Sports Floor, Repair Defects, Filling; Painting With Damage-Resistant Sports Varnishes Ensuring Appropriate Anti-Slip Properties, Painting Lines With Dirt-Resistant Paints With Increased Durability (For Several Sports Disciplines, Paint Dedicated To The Lines Of Pitches)6) Replacement Of Internal And External Door Joinery Within The Sports Hall.7) Delivery And Installation Of New Sports Equipment (Taking Into Account The Division Of The Sports Hall Into Smaller Playing Surfaces - According To The Instructions Of The Facilitys Management), Including The Construction Of Basketball Hoops, Volleyball Equipment, Scoreboard.8) Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste.9) Construction Of New Electrical Installations, I.E. Construction Of A New Switchgear, Fire Protection Installations, General Lighting, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting And Installations Powering Sports Equipment.
