The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation Of The Building Of The Sanatorium Leliwa Located On Plot No. 434 At Ul. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego 2 In Rymanów-Zdrój. The Documents That Describe In Detail The Subject Of The Contract Are: Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With The Annexes Listed In This Document. To Carry Out The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Appoint A Construction Manager With Unlimited Qualifications In The Field Of Construction And Construction, As Well As Managers Of Works In The Sanitary And Electrical Industries. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For The Works Covered By The Contract. Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months And Warranty For Work Defects For The Same Period. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
