Perpendicular With A Length Of 243.38 M, Which Will Include, Among Others: - Demolition Works, - Milling Of The Existing Road, - Earthworks, - Construction Of Substructure Elements, - Installation Of Curbs And Stops, - Construction Of Drainage Elements, - Construction Of Concrete Pavement, - Construction Of Hardened Roadsides And Entrances To Properties, - Adjustment Of Underground Facilities, - Installation Of Vertical Markings, - Finishing Works Consisting Of On Adapting The Designed Road To The Adjacent Area - Construction Of A Lighting Network, - Target Traffic Organization, 3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Designed Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 11 To The Swz 4. Equivalence: Where A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Is Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Procurement Documents Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Ppl, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Ppl Indicates That Such Indication Is Accompanied By A Word Or Equivalent.
