Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party Has Limited Influence On The Quality Of Waste At The Entrance To The Mechanical Part Of The Installation, It Does Not Guarantee The Contractor Any Quality Parameters Of Generated Waste With Code 19 12 10. • Estimated Amount Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 - Combustible Waste (Alternative Fuel Prerdf) Intended For Collection And Management Under The Order Is Approximately 800 Mg. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor To Accept And Arrange Min. 800 Mg Of Waste With Code 1912 10.• Transport Of Waste To The Disposal Site On The Contractors Side.• Responsibility For Waste Management Passes To The Contractor Of This Agreement Upon Its Transfer By The Ordering Party. The Transfer And Any Risk Related To The Waste Takes Place At The Moment Of Loading It Onto A Means Of Transport.• A One-Month Settlement Period Is Established For Partial Execution Of The Order.• The Transferred Waste Will Be Collected Baled In The Form Of Bales Tied With Wire, The Weight Of One Bale Is From 350 To 550 Kg, In The Event Of A Press Failure, The Waste Will Have To Be Collected In Bulk.• The Waste Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Verified Scale - This Weight Will Be Taken Into Account For Settlements Between The Parties.• Loading On The Part Of The Ordering Party.• The Contractor Will Provide Trucks With A Moving Floor Semi-Trailer With The Possibility Of Loading A Minimum Of 20 Tons. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Minimum Weight Of Waste Loading For Standard Moving Floor Semi-Trailers. The Average Current Weight Of Waste Loading Onto A Moving Floor Semi-Trailer For This Type Of Waste Is Approximately 19-22 Mg (Baled Waste). • Waste Collection Will Only Take Place On Working Days From 6 A.M. To 7 P.M. Place Of Collection Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Rudno Sp. Z O. O. , Rudno 17, Ostróda Commune. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of A Weekly Request For Waste Collection To The Provided E-Mail Address; The Waste Must Be Collected By The Contractor In Accordance With The Weekly Schedule Sent.
