Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Cleaning Services At The Szpulki Center Of The Zakopane Education Center In Zakopane

The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Szpulki Center Of The Zakopane Education Center In Zakopane For A Period Of 12 Months. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Daily Maintenance Of Cleanliness Of The Common Areas Of The Center, Including Corridors, Staircases, Stairs, Landings, Shared Baths And Sanitary Facilities, Shared Kitchens And Bedding Storage Rooms; 2) Cleaning Of Rooms After Guests Departure, Including The Preparation Of Accommodation And Replacement Bedding;3) Cleaning And Disinfection Of Bathrooms, Sanitary Facilities And Surfaces And Equipment Indicated In The Opz;4) Quarterly Washing Of Windows;5) Washing Of Carpets And Rugs Once Every 6 Months;6) Planned Washing Of 156 Mattress Covers Once Every 6 Months And Emergency Washing Of Covers In The Cases Specified In The Opz;7) Provision By The Contractor, At Its Own Expense, Of All Cleaning Products, Disinfectants, Materials, Equipment, Machines, Devices And Personal Protective Equipment Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Resort Has A Total Of 55 Rooms Covered By The Cleaning Service After Guests Departure, Including 40 Rooms Without Their Own Bathroom And 15 Rooms With Their Own Bathroom. For The Purposes Of Price Calculation, The Ordering Party Estimates Approximately 2,500 Cleanings Of Rooms Without A Private Bathroom And Approximately 1,000 Cleanings Of Rooms With A Private Bathroom During A 12-Month Period. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimates And Settlement Will Be Based On The Services Actually Performed. Services In The Field Of Permanent Maintenance Of Common Areas Will Be Provided 7 Days A Week, Also On Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays. Cleaning Of Rooms After Guests Departure Will Be Carried Out At The Hours Specified In The Opz, And All Rooms Intended For Cleaning On A Given Day Must Be Ready For Accommodation Of Subsequent Guests No Later Than 15:00. The Detailed Scope, Frequency And Standard Of Services Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
