The Scope Of Work Includes: • Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes, • Inventory Of The Condition Of The Existing Barracks Building Covered By The Order, • Development Of A Concept For The Renovation And Modernization Of The Building, Including A Land Development Project (Including Utility Connections To Buildings, External Lighting), Taking Into Account The Expectations Of The Ordering Party, • Development Of An Architectural And Construction Design, • Development Of Technical Designs Multi-Sectoral, • Developing A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization If Necessary, • Developing Projects For Solving Network Conflicts If Necessary, • Developing Geological Documentation If Necessary, • Obtaining An Environmental Decision If Necessary, (Including Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise With The Decision Of Rdoś If Necessary), • Agreeing On Guidelines And Decisions With Wkz Regarding The Planned Works, • Developing Investor Cost Estimates And Updating Them If Necessary.
