1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Covering At The Junction Of Buildings A And B Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Office In Poznań At Al. Niepodległości 16/18.2.The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. Work Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offered Order Price. 4. The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Inspection Of The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Carried Out, After Prior E-Mail Arrangement Of The Date With Mr. Jakub Wieczorek Or Mr. Monika Mączka, Confirmed By Telephone/E-Mail: 61 854 1506 Or 61 854 17 40 Or /E-Mail: [email protected] Or [email protected] Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing (Without Comments) The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform At Least: 6 Photos Of The Most Important Renovation Elements - E.G. Roof Trough, Sheet Metal Flashing (6 Photos Before The Start Of Work And 6 Photos After Their Completion) And Submit Them To The Ordering Party During The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.7.The Ordering Party Provides For The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act And Defines Them, Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 2 Point 7 Of The Act, I.E.: The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Performing Construction Works Are Employed Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor.
