The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works According To The Developed Documentation For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Parking And Pedestrian Infrastructure Within Zielona, ​​Klonowa, Topolowa And Akacjowa Streets In Siemianowice Śląskie.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Existing Condition, 2) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Opinions, Arrangements, Including A Building Permit And Construction Notification, 3) Preparation Of A Land Development Project, 4) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 5) Development Of A Bioz Health And Safety Plan, 6) Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project 7) Replacement Of The Surface And Modernization Of Sidewalks And Field Stairs, Including The Construction Of Lighting, 8) Construction Of Places Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars In Selected Locations,9) Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction And Executive Design Approved By The Ordering Party.10) Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation With Reference To The Citys Geodetic Resources,11) Performance Of Authors Supervision,12) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 3 To Swz). 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation. 4. The Ordering Party Will Require The Selected Contractor To Submit, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Works. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Registered Acceptance Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.5. During The Warranty Period, The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party And With His Participation, In Warranty Inspections And To Immediately Start Removing The Identified Defects, Within A Period No Longer Than 14 Days From The Moment Of Their Discovery And Delivery Of The Request To Remove Them To The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor.
