1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Construction Of The Road At Ul. Strawberry And Peach Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, With A Width Of Min. 5.0 M, With A Total Length Of 616.0 M; Construction Of Sidewalks On Both Sides Of The Street. Strawberry And Brzoskwiniowa Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, With A Width From 1.45 M To 1.85 M And A Gauge Made Of Concrete Paving Stones; Construction Of A Retaining Wall Made Of L-Type Prefabricated Elements, Up To 1.0 M Above Sea Level, With A Length Of Approx. 55 M;  Construction Of Storm Sewage Systems In Both Streets,  Reconstruction Of The Infrastructure Network Colliding With The Investment To The Extent Necessary For Its Implementation, Including Height And Location Regulation Of Road Lighting Poles,  Preparatory And Finishing Works, Including Felling Of Trees, Height Regulation Of Existing Exits, Sowing Grass, And Road Markings.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works In Accordance With Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation, Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Attachments To This Swz.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version On A Cd Or Usb Memory, And Submit It To The Ordering Party, One Copy In Paper Version For The Komorniki Commune Office, And The Other To The Extent Necessary To Submit To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate For The Poznań County, Along With Obtaining Appropriate Documents Confirming The Possibility Of Starting To Use The Completed Facility.4.A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.5.The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. 7.
