The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Bringing, Assembly, Setting And Handing Over For Use Of Brand New Furniture Equipment, Adapted To The Needs Of Preschool Children, Including Children With Special Educational Needs (Sen) And With Disabilities, To The Municipal Integration Kindergarten In Włodawa. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Minimum Requirements Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz). All Furniture Delivered And Equipment Elements Must: - Be Brand New, Unused, From Current Production, Complete And Free From Physical And Legal Defects; - Be Made Of Safe, Durable Materials, Easy To Keep Clean (Washable) And Have Rounded Edges (Or Edges Protected With Abs/Pvc), Ensuring Safe Use By Children; - Meet Polish And European Standards For Kindergarten/School Furniture (In Particular The Group Of Standards Pn-En 1729 Regarding Chairs And Tables For Educational Institutions, Pn-En 16121 And Pn-En 16122 For Wardrobes, Shelves And Cloakroom Cabinets, Storage Box Furniture) And Have Valid Certificates/Attestations (E.G. Certificate Of Compliance With The Standard, Hygienic Certificate For Components/Furniture Boards With Low Formaldehyde Emission), Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide No Later Than On The Day Of Acceptance; - Have Instructions For Assembly, Use And Maintenance In Polish; - Have Manufacturers Warranty Cards Or A Declaration Of Warranty (Minimum 24 Months); - Be Complete And Ready For Use Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Connecting Or Assembly Elements. The Dimensions, Parameters, Descriptions And Photos (If Applicable) Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To Swz) Are Illustrative In Nature And Define Minimum Quality And Functional Standards. Quality Requirements And Safety All Delivered Elements Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Come From Current Production. - Kindergarten Furniture (Tables, Chairs, Cabinets) Must Absolutely Meet Safety Standards For Educational Institutions (Pn-En 1729, Pn-En 16121 And Pn-En 16122 Or Equivalent Series Of Standards), Have Rounded Edges And Be Made Of Easily Washable Materials. - The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Used, Exhibition Or Refurbished Equipment. As Part Of The Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Provide Its Own Transport, Safe Loading And Unloading; - Bring The Equipment To The Rooms Indicated By The Director Of A Given Facility; - Assemble, Screw And Place The Furniture In The Target Places; - Provide Warranty Documents And Approvals/Certificates; - Tidy Up The Assembly Site And Remove And Dispose Of All Packaging/Cardboards.
