The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection (Including Transport) And Management Of Sewage Sludge Generated In Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant Installations Located In: A) Pisarzowice Ul. Szkolna 3,B) Zasolu Bielański Ul. Wałowa 15C) Dankowice Ul. Jagiellońska 19 The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Partial Orders Submitted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail. The Concept Of Management Should Be Understood As Activities Such As: Collection, Recovery, Including Preparation Prior To Recovery (Including Hygienization Of Waste Code 19 08 05, If Necessary). The Obligation To Perform Any (Additional) Hygienization Of The Collected Sludge Would Have To Result Directly From The Decision To Recover Sludge Using A Method Other Than R10. The R10 Recovery Process, With The Following Reservation: A) The Amount Of Sludge For Which The Ordering Party Requires That Sludge Recovery Be Performed Using Methods Other Than Those Specified In Art. 96 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Act Is Not More Than 1020 Mg/Year; B) The Amount Of Sludge For Which The Ordering Party Allows The Recovery Of Sludge By Using The Methods Specified In Art. 96 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Act, I.E. The R10 Recovery Process Is Not Less Than 1,980 Mg/Year. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Decide Whether Sewage Sludge Should Be Processed In A Recovery Process Other Than R10.
