The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Fluids In The Range And Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Guaranteed Period Of Use - Minimum 3 Years. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide At Least 36-Month Warranty For The Delivered Assortment Of The Subject Of The Agreement, However, Not Shorter Than The Warranty Of The Product Manufacturer. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of Each Order For The Subject Of The Agreement To The Ordering Partys Warehouse. The Actual Number Of Orders For The Subject Of The Agreement Ordered To The Contractor Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Specified Quantity And Type Of Assortment In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement Is An Estimated Value, Which May Change During The Execution Of The Agreement, In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, But Not Less Than 60% Of The Gross Contract Value, Specified In § 3 Section 1 Of The Agreement.
