1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Delivery Of License Plates For The Municipal Office In Bytom, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, As Well As The Collection And Destruction Of License Plates Intended For Scrapping.2.Deliveries Will Be Made Successively At The Contractors Expense, In Batches Based On The Order Sent By The Ordering Party. Each Order Will Specify The Number And Type Of License Plates Ordered.3.The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4.The Ordering Party Stipulates That Those Mentioned In Point 2 Above (Table) Quantities Are Estimates And May Not Be Used In Whole Or In Part. The Actual Number Of License Plates Of Each Type Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes Between Types Of Boards Without Any Claims From The Contractor.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Provide The Ordering Party With A 24-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Delivered License Plates, Counted From The Date Of Individual Delivery (I.E. The Day The Ordering Party Signs, Without Reservations, The Acceptance Protocol For Individual Plates). 2) Offer The Ordering Party A Delivery Time Of License Plates Of Up To 10 Business Days And A Delivery Time Of Duplicates And Individual Plates Of A Maximum Of 4 Business Days. The Delivery Date Of Duplicates And Individual Boards Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. By Working Days, The Ordering Party Means Days From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays. Delivery Dates Will Be Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Individual Order. The Contractor Offers The Individual Delivery Time Of License Plates - Duplicates And Individual Plates In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To Swz).
