The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Emergency Removal Of Products Of Animal Origin Located In Municipal Areas, Each Time After Receiving A Call From The Gliwice Rescue Center Or The Municipal Services Department Of The Municipal Office In Gliwice. The Contract Award Procedure Is Divided Into Parts: Part 1 (Region I) Includes The Following Districts: Stare Gliwice, Brzezinka, Łabędy, Kopernika, Czechowice, Obrońców Pokoju, Szobiszowice, Zator, Żerniki, Dk-88 Along The Entire Length With Exits And Turnouts. A Detailed List Of Streets Assigned To Each District Is Available At: Https://Bip.Gliwice.Eu/Znajrkadzielnic The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: - Access To The Place Of Notification, - Collection Of The Dead Animal Or Its Remains, - Disinfection Of The Area, - Transport And Transfer Of Animal By-Products To The Plant Disposal/Disposal. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Removal Of Carcasses Of Animals That Died As A Result Of Being Euthanized By A Veterinarian.1. The Contractor Will Remove Animal By-Products Located In Municipal Areas Each Time After Receiving A Telephone/Fax/E-Mail Request From The Gliwice Rescue Center Or The Department Of Municipal Services. The Cost Of Utilization/Neutralization Of Animal By-Products Is Borne By The Contractor.2. The Contractor Will Provide 24/7 Telephone, Fax And E-Mail Communication And Readiness For Immediate Action, Also On Days Off.3. The Maximum Time Allowed For Collecting A Dead Animal Or Its Remains And Disinfecting The Area Is 2 Hours From The Moment Of Calling.4. The Contractor Will Equip Its Employees With The Necessary Protective Equipment, In Particular Protective Clothing, Footwear And Gloves, And Gas Masks.5. The Contractor Will Provide Chemicals Intended And Used Each Time For Disinfection.6. Due To The Contractors Failure To Remove Animal By-Products Or Failure To Disinfect The Area Despite The Passage Of 2 Hours From The Time Of Request, The Contractor Will Each Time Be Charged With A Contractual Penalty Specified In §11 Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Transfer Animal By-Products To The Appropriate Treatment/Disposal Facility On The Basis Of A Commercial Document In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of October 21, 2009 Specifying Sanitary Regulations Regarding Animal By-Products And Derived Products Not Intended For Human Consumption And The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of March 3, 2026 On The Model Of The Commercial Document Which Covers Animal By-Products And Derived Products When Transporting Them Exclusively Within The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
