Purchase And Delivery Of New Ups Power Systems For The Masovian Garrison Police Facilities. The Contract Items Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Meet The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Individual Characteristics Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And Be Covered By At Least The Minimum Warranty Period. The Service And Warranty Rules Are Described In Detail In Individual Parts Of The Opz/Comparison Table Of The Offered Equipment, Which Will Also Constitute An Integral Part Of The Agreement.
