The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Phases: 1) Stage I - Construction And Technological Phase - Completion Date By December 20, 2026. Within This Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work On The Basis Of The Notification Of A Temporary Construction Facility (Article 29(1)(7) Of The Construction Law), Which Allows For: A) Effective Notification Of The Construction Of A Temporary Container Water Treatment Plant (Operation Period Up To 180 Days) Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure;B) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Including The Container Development Of The Drawno Water Supply Station Along With The Necessary External Installations Covering The Area Of Plot 110/4, Drawno District, Subject To Letter A;C) Carrying Out Geological Research (Conditions For The Foundation Of The Facility);D) Carrying Out Earthworks, Underground Connection Infrastructure (Water, Sewage And Electrical Connections For The Container) And Reinforced Concrete Foundation Slab;E) Prefabrication, Delivery And Physical Assembly (Founding) Of A Complete Suw Technological Container On A Prepared Slab; F) Execution Of Internal Water Supply, Sewage, Energy And Lighting Installations; G) Execution Of Land Development Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility.
