Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Mieszka I Street - Stage I, Construction Of A Safe Access To Primary School No. 58 In Warsaw

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Called Improvement Of Road Safety In The Revitalization Area, Including The Implementation Of The Road Investment Reconstruction Of Mieszka I Street Along With The Construction Of A Safe Access To Primary School No. 58 In Warsaw Along With Drainage And Lighting - Stage I, Construction Of A Safe Access To Primary School No. 58 In Warsaw, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Following Works On The 300 M Section Marked On The Land Development Plan: 1) Construction Of A Safe Access To Primary School No. 58 In Warsaw - By Hardening The Existing Pedestrian Crossings From Gen. Rozwadowskiego Street, 2) Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian Crossing In The School Area, 3) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Planned Expansion, 4) Laying And Maintaining Lawns, 5) Planting Trees And Shrubs Shrubs In The Designed Road Area,6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annexes No. 6 To The Swz, Constituting The Entire Design Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code, Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works On The Construction Site Specified In Section Iii, Section 7 Swz, Excluding Persons Managing The Construction Site (Construction Manager) And Construction Works In The Appropriate Specialty (Works Manager). The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees Or Appointing Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Complete The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. This Procedure Forms Part Of The Order. The Remaining Parts Constitute Separate Orders.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Section Iii Of The Swz.
