Prices must be Quoted in the National Currency and in Accordance with the Delivery Terms Specified in the Specifications. 3. the Requirements for the Goods, Delivery Deadlines, and Payment Terms are Detailed in the Specifications. 4. the Alliance Reserves the Right to Increase or Decrease the Procurement Volume by up to 20% of the Quantity Specified in the Specifications. 5. the Deadline for Submitting Commercial Proposals is November 10, 2026, at 14:00 (Utc+02:00). 6. the Main Factors Influencing the Final Decision on the Selection of the Winning Bidder(S) are Specified in the Specifications. 7. the Winner(S) of the Competition will be Selected at a Meeting of the Tender Committee, Which will Take Place within Three Days after the Deadline for Submitting Commercial Proposals and following a Detailed Technical, Financial, and Legal Evaluation of the Proposals.
