Commercial proposals submitted by participants must remain valid without any changes for at least 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission and remain unchanged until the insurance contract comes into effect. 2. Prices must be quoted in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and in accordance with the terms specified in the service specifications. 3. The service requirements, delivery timelines, and payment terms are detailed in the specifications. 4. The deadline for submitting commercial proposals is November 10, 2026, no later than 13:00 Kyiv time. 5. In accordance with the competition procedures, the final deadline for submitting questions to the Alliance regarding this competition is November 3, 2026, by 10:00 Kyiv time. Questions must be sent by email to: [email protected]. Answers to questions submitted by potential participants, as well as any clarifications, will be sent to organizations that have confirmed receipt of this announcement by email. 6. The main factors influencing the final decision on the selection of the winning bidder are specified in Section 4 of the specifications. 7. The winner of the competition will be selected at a meeting of the tender committee, which will take place within two working days after the deadline for submitting commercial proposals, following a detailed financial and legal evaluation of the proposals, but no later than November 12, 2026. 8. Information regarding the winner will be published on the next working day after the official approval of the winner by the tender committee. 9.
