Prequalifications are invited for Consulting Services for Project Implementation Water Sector Performance and Investment Programme Ii (Wpip Ii), Water Supply Shkodra and Lezha Scope of work Rehabilitation and extension of water supply systems in Shkodra and Lezha. Preparation of conceptual and detailed engineering designs, cost estimates and procurement plans. Preparation of tender documents and support with procurement and contract awards. Construction supervision and inspection of supplied equipment and materials. Environmental and social safeguards compliance. Financial management support and project closure assistance. Eligibility and financial requirements The lead consultant must be an international consulting company. Associations between international and local consulting firms are encouraged. The consortium must demonstrate an annual average turnover of at least 2 million. Relevant experience in water supply infrastructure projects is required.
