Tenders are invited for EUBAM Rafah - Market Survey for Visibility Kit Various Items The European Union Border Assistance Mission for the Rafah Crossing Point (EUBAM Rafah) is an EU civilian mission established in 2005 to support the operation of the Rafah Crossing Point (RCP) between Gaza and Egypt, in line with the Agreement on Movement and Access (AMA 2005) between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. EUBAM Rafah provides a neutral third-party presence at the crossing, monitors and evaluates the work of Palestinian border and customs personnel, provides advice and training in line with international standards, and contributes to liaison between the Palestinian, Egyptian, and Israeli authorities. EUBAM Rafah aims to enhance the visibility of its activities and therefore invites qualified suppliers to submit offers for the visibility and promotional materials listed in the attached file. The Mission intends to establish a framework contract for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extending it for an additional two years (2+2 years).
