Renovation of a two-story structure, with basement, located at 20 Phillips Street in Westborough, MA. Construction includes gut renovations to the facility, an addition of an elevator, installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, windows, roofing, finishes as well as exterior site work.
