Separate Position No. 2 - Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The Municipality Of Nikopol - Stage 1; Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The Village Of Zhernov - Subsite 1: Dunav Street And Subsite 2: Hristo Botev Street.2. Scope And Description Of The Public Procurement In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Contractors For Construction And Installation Works For The Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The Municipality Of Nikopol Should Be Identified For Two Separate Positions.In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Two Separate Separate Positions Are Envisaged, Namely:2.1. Separate Position No. 2 - Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The Municipality Of Nikopol - Stage 1; Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The Village Of Zhernov - Subsite 1: Dunav Street And Subsite 2: Hristo Botev Street.In The Scope Of The Subject Of Each Specific Position, The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The Municipality Of Nikopol Is Foreseen, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Terms Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.Investment Projects Have Been Drawn Up, Agreed And Approved For The Sites Under The Designated Positions, And Construction Permits Have Been Issued By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Nikopol, According To Which The Constructions Are Of The Fourth Category.Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement And The Specific Items Included In It Are Described And Regulated In Part Ii Technical Specification And The Investment Projects, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
