1. Delivery Of Heating Fuel (Diesel) - 20,000 Liters +/- 20%.The Specified Quantity Is Estimated, It Is Calculated Based On A Past Period. The Final Buyer Will Absorb The Specified Quantity According To His Needs, And The Final Seller Will Not Seek Penalties And Liability From The Final Buyer In Case The Specified Quantity Is Not Fully Absorbed.2. Term For The Execution Of The Contract – 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Or Until Reaching The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurred Earlier.3. The Contract For Delivery Is Concluded According To The Procedure Of Zsbt, Through A Stock Intermediary.4. Gas Oil For Industrial And Communal Purposes Must Meet The Quality Requirements, According To Art. 6, Item 5 Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control, Adopted By Pms No. 156/15.07.2003 (Sg, No. 66 Of 2003) And Its Amendments And Additions. The Seller Undertakes To Submit A Declaration Of Conformity Of The Quality Gas Oil For Industrial And Communal Purposes.
