The Subject Of This Order Is Understood To Be A Complete Summary Of All Supplies, Activities And Including All Possible Prescribed Tests, Connected With Securing The Order For The Supply Of Technology For The Production Of Thickened Products, Exclusively In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Which Is Part Of The Assignment Of This Vř.The Detailed Assignment Of The Order Is Given In Separate Appendices Of The Tender Documentation, Which Consists Of:• Annex No. 1 – Contract Specification • Appendix No. 4 - Binding Contract Modelthe Complete Procurement Documentation Of Vř, Including All Attachments, Is Published On The Profile Of The Contracting Authority At The Web Address: Https://Www.Vhodne-Uverejneni.Cz/Profil/Mlekarna-Hlinsko-A-Sdue To The Nature Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Performance. The Offer Must Be Submitted By The Participant For The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of Vř.The Contracting Authority, After The Evaluation And Conclusion Of This Vř, Will Implement A Tender Procedure For The Supplier Of The Construction Part Of The Contract In The Form Of A Public Contract. The Selected Supplier Of The Technological Part Of The Contract According To This R&D, As An Integral Part Of Its Contract, Will Create For The Contracting Authority A Complete Requirement For The Spatial Distribution Of Individual Parts Of The Technological Unit For The Construction Of A New Building In Which The Technology That Is The Subject Of This R&D Will Be Located. The Client Hands Over The Technology Layout Created In This Way To The Designer, Who Creates A Construction Project For The New Building. Using The Project Created In This Way, The Aforementioned Public Contract For The Construction Contractor Will Be Implemented.The Contracting Authority Requires That The Participant In The Tender Procedure Guarantees In Its Offer That It Will Provide The Winning Bidder For The Construction Part Of The Contract With All Necessary And Necessary Cooperation For The Implementation Of The Contract As A Whole. Necessary Cooperation According To The Previous Sentence Means, In Particular, The Cooperation Between The Supplier Selected On The Basis Of This Vř With The Subsequently Selected Supplier Of The Construction Part Of The Contract, Especially, But Not Only, In Matters Of Delivery And Installation Of Technology And Construction Works So That Everything Forms One Functional Unit For The Contracting Authority. A Maximum Of Two (2) Representatives Of Each Participant Will Be Allowed To Enter The Place Of Performance Of The Contract. The Application For The Inspection Of The Construction Site Must Be Sent By E-Mail To The Contact Person Of The Contracting Authority No Later Than One (1) Working Day Before The Date Of The Inspection Of The Construction Site. During The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance, The Contracting Authority Will Not Take Any Written Or Other Record. During The Inspection, The Contracting Authority Will Not Provide Any Additional Information About The Subject Of The Contract Or Answer Any Questions Raised About The Subject Of The Contract. The Explanation Of The Tender Conditions Will Always Be Dealt With By The Contracting Authority Exclusively In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 4.2 Of The Tendering Procedure.Due To The Complexity Of The Order And The Request Of The Contracting Authority To Connect New Technology To Existing Technological Units Of Production And Existing Distribution Systems And Energy Sources, The Contracting Authority Recommends All Interested Parties To Carry Out An Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Of The Contract For The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer Corresponding To The Current State.
