Tenders Are Invited For Modernization And Automation Of Packaging And Palletizing Technologies Of Golden Snack S.R.O.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Assembly And Commissioning Of Automated Packaging Technology And Handling Robot For Golden Snack S.R.O.2. The Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Parts:Part 1 - Packaging Technologypart 2 - Handling Robot3. The Supplier Is Entitled To Submit An Offer For One Part Of The Contract Or For Both Parts Of The Contract. The Offer Can Therefore Be Submitted Separately For Part 1, Separately For Part 2 Or For Both Parts At The Same Time.4. Each Part Of The Order Will Be Assessed And Evaluated Separately, According To The Terms Of Reference And Evaluation Criteria Established For The Relevant Part Of The Contract.5. The Selection Of The Supplier Will Be Carried Out Separately For Each Part Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Choose Different Suppliers For Individual Parts Of The Contract. Both Parts Of The Contract Can Also Be Awarded To One Supplier, If His Offer Is Evaluated As The Most Advantageous In Both Parts.6. A Separate Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier For Each Part Of The Order. If The Same Supplier Is Selected For Both Parts, Two Separate Contracts Will Be Concluded.7. An Integral Part Of The Subject Matter Of Each Part Of The Contract Is The Installation, Assembly, Putting The Supplied Machines And Equipment Into Full Operation And The Provision Of Related Services To The Extent Corresponding To The Relevant Part Of The Contract, In Particular: - Installation Of Machinery/Equipment, Possibly Assembly At The Place Of Fulfillment And Putting The Equipment Into Full Operation, Which Includes Testing And Verifying Its Correct Function, Possibly Adjusting It And Performing Other Actions Necessary For The Equipment To Fulfill The Agreed Or Usual Purpose,- Delivery Of The Necessary Accessories, Especially Operating And Maintenance Instructions,- Training Of The Contractors Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of Machines/Equipment.8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Alternative Solutions. 9. The Contracting Authority Will Not Discuss Submitted Offers With Participants.10. More Information Is Provided In The Technical Specification, Which Forms An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation.11. If The Tender Documentation Or Its Annexes Contain References To Specific Manufacturers, Suppliers, Products, Trade Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Other Specific Designations, These References Are Used Exclusively To Define The Required Technical Or Quality Standard. The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Another Equivalent Solution That Meets The Specified Technical And Functional Requirements. In Such A Case, The Supplier Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution.
