The Operation Includes In Particular: A Hall Hosting Padel Courts And, Where Applicable, Badminton And Pickleball Courts; A Clubhouse Bringing Together The Reception, Catering And Service Areas As Well As The Support Premises; The Exterior Fittings, Parking, Access And Necessary Connections. The Contract Includes Architectural And Technical Design Services, Including All The Procedures Necessary To Obtain Administrative Authorizations, As Well As The Construction Services Of The Work.
