Tender For The Mixed Contract For Services, Supply And Maintenance Of Electrical Installations, Lightning Arresters, Air Conditioning, Gas, Heating, Sanitary Hot Water, Solar Energy, Biomass Boilers, The Distribution Network And The Various Substations Installed In Each Of The Buildings Of The Heat Network Of The Educational Equipment, Lifting Devices, Automatic Doors, Plumbing And Generating Sets, Of The Buildings And Municipal Equipment Of Sant Pere De Ribes.The Object Of The Present Contract Is The Provision Of The Maintenance Service, Works And Supply Linked To The Electrical Installations, Lightning Rods, Air Conditioning, Gas, Heating, Sanitary Hot Water, Solar Energy, Biomass Boilers, The Distribution Network And The Different Substations Installed In Each Of The Buildings Of The Heat Network Of The Educational Equipment, Elevators, Doors Automation, Plumbing And Electric Groups Of Municipal Buildings And Equipment Of Sant Pere De Ribes, In Accordance With The Relationship That Is Contemplated In The Inventory Of Municipal Properties., In Accordance With This. Sheet Of Particular Administrative Clauses And Technical Prescriptions. In Order To Guarantee A Correct Execution Of The Service In Accordance With The Object Of The Contract, The Following Services Will Be Included: - Service P1, Preventive And Regulatory Maintenance Of The Facilities. - P2 Service, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdowns And Incidents Of The Installations. - Provision P3, Modifying Maintenance, New Elements And Adaptation To Regulations.
