The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Facilities: • Olímpia Municipal Sports Complex. • Can Marcet Municipal Swimming Pool. • Parc Del Nord Municipal Swimming Pool (Ca Noriac). • Sabadell Sud Municipal Sports Complex (Campoamor). • La Bassa. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Guarantee Safety, Physical Integrity And Protection Of Users Of Municipal Swimming Pools Through The Provision Of A Specialized, Preventive And Continuous Surveillance, Prevention, Rescue And First Aid Service. This Service Must Actively Contribute To The Prevention Of Risks And Accidents, Ensuring Compliance With Safety Regulations And Acting Immediately In The Face Of Any Incident Or Emergency That May Occur. In This Sense, The Winning Company Must Make Available The Necessary Materials And Personnel For The Performance Of The Contract, Having Properly Qualified Personnel To Carry Out The Functions Of Surveillance, Prevention, Rescue, First Aid, First Aid And Nursing, As Well As The Technical And Organizational Resources Necessary To Guarantee A Correct Provision Of The Service.
