It Is Required To Hire A Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For The Four Chiller Units Of The Air Conditioning System Of The Carahue Family And Community Hospital, Located At Alcalde Floody N° 1360, In Order To Ensure Their Availability, The Safety Of Their Operation And The Extension Of Their Useful Life.The Service Includes The Chillers And Their Own Safety, Control And Accessories Devices: Flow Switches, Pressure Switches, Solenoid Valves, Three-Way Valves With Actuators, Fans, Compressors And Power And Control Panels. The Recirculating Pumps, Their Frequency Converters And The Rest Of The Hydraulic Network Are Not Part Of This Service. Notwithstanding This, The Contractor Must Report In Writing Any Finding In These Elements That Affects The Operation Of The Chillers.
