Tenders Are Invited For The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Maintenance Service, Works And Supply Linked To The Electrical Installations, Lightning Rods, Air Conditioning, Gas, Heating, Sanitary Hot Water, Solar Energy, Biomass Boilers, The Distribution Network And The Various Substations Installed In Each Of The Buildings Of The Heat Network Of The Educational Equipment, Lifting Devices, Automatic Doors, Plumbing And Generator Sets Of The Buildings And Municipal Equipment Of Sant Pere De Ribes, In Accordance With The Relationship Contemplated In The Inventory Of Municipal Properties., In Accordance With This Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses And Technical Prescriptions. In Order To Guarantee A Correct Execution Of The Service In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Contract, The Following Services Will Be Included:- Service P1, Preventive And Regulatory Maintenance Of The Facilities.- Service P2, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdowns And Incidents Of The Facilities.-
