Parties, In Accordance With Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1) The Public Procurement Law Stipulates That The Contract May Be Amended In Accordance With The Following Principles And Conditions: 1) A Reduction In The Price Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Supplier May Occur At Any Time And Does Not Require The Consent Of The Recipient Or The Preparation Of An Annex To The Contract; 2) There Has Been A Change In The Vat And/Or Excise Duty Rate - The Vat Rate Applicable On The Date Of Invoice Issuance Will Be Binding For The Parties, And Any Change In The Net Price Amount In This Respect Is Accepted By The Parties Without The Need To Submit Additional Declarations; 3) In The Event Of A Change Of The Product Name Or Catalog Number - The Product And Manufacturer Remain Unchanged (The Change May Only Apply To The Name Assigned By The Manufacturer); 4) In The Event Of A Change In The Packaging Method - The Quantity Will Be Converted Into The Appropriate Number Of Packages Or The Number Of Pieces In The Package And, Accordingly, The Unit Price Will Be Proportionally Recalculated For The New Package Size; 5) In The Event Of A Medical Incident - The Possibility Of Introducing An Equivalent Product With No Lower Quality And Functional Parameters And A Price Not Higher Than The Price Of The Product Concerned By The Incident; 6) There Are No Products On The Market For Reasons Beyond The Suppliers Control (E.G. Cessation Of Production, Withdrawal From The Market Or Shortage On The Market) - It Is Possible To Replace Them With An Equivalent Product, But At A Price Not Higher Than The Price Of The Withdrawn Or Missing Product, Or To Terminate The Contract Without Applying The Penalty Referred To In Section 3; 7) The Parties May Extend This Agreement, But No Longer Than For A Period Of 4 Months, In The Event Of: A) Not Exhausting The Quantity Of The Product Covered By The Agreement Within Its Validity Period - Until The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Agreement Is Exhausted, B) Increasing The Value Of The Agreement Pursuant To Art. 455 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law; 8) In The Event Of A Change In The Amount Of The Minimum Remuneration For Work Or The Amount Of The Minimum Hourly Rate, Determined Pursuant To The Act On Minimum Remuneration For Work And/Or In The Event Of A Change In The Rules For Being Subject To Social Security Or Health Insurance Or In The Amount Of The Social Security Or Health Insurance Contribution Rate And/Or In The Event Of A Change In The Rules For Collecting And The Amount Of Contributions To Employee Capital Plans (Specified In Separate Provisions) - The Change To The Contract May Take Place No Earlier Than 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And Each Party May Ask The Other Party To Conduct Negotiations Regarding An Appropriate Change In Remuneration - Provided That The Above-Mentioned Changes Mentioned At The Beginning Affect The Costs Of Fulfilling The Terms Of The Contract By The Supplier. 5.
