B) Related Services (Warranty Extension): - Home Delivery, Parcel Delivery, - Operation Of A Public Procurement Project Office. Following The Conclusion Of The Km, The Specific Quantity And Specific Subject Of The Individual Purchases Based On The Framework Agreement - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ess - Will Be Determined During The Procurement Based On The Framework Agreement (Direct Order Or The Re-Opening Of The Competition [Kbt. § 105, Paragraph (2) Point B)]. The Ess May Not Define Technical Content And Contractual Conditions That Unreasonably Restrict Competition. The Supplier Can Only Make An Offer With The Product In His Product List.
