This Is A Market Reserved For Adapted Companies, Work Support Establishments And Services As Well As Integration Structures Through Economic Activity, In Accordance With Articles L. 2113-12, L. 2113-13 And L. 2113-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Their Acquisition Responds To A Unique Need For Equipment And Renewal Of Mobile Telephone Equipment. - The Allocation In Separate Lots Is Likely To Restrict Competition Or Risks Making The Performance Of The Services Technically Difficult Or Financially More Costly. Indeed, Structuring The Market Into Several Lots Would Lead To A Multiplication Of Holders And Contractual Interfaces, To The Detriment Of Consistency Of Supplies, Monitoring Of Guarantees, After-Sales Service And Order Management. The Framework Agreement Is Not In Installments. Variations Are Prohibited
