Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis - Feasibility Study Development Services, Impact On The Environment And Appropriate Strategic Assessment For The Investment Objective Development Of The Metro Network In The North Bucharest Area - Highway 2 Extension. The Provider Undertakes To Provide The Services And Deliver The Deliverables Provided For In The Contract And In The Specifications In Compliance With The Contractual Terms And Stages, As Follows: A) Start Of The Project – Preparation And Presentation Of The Start Report Within 7 Days From The Organization Of The Start Meeting Of The Contract; B) Phase 1 – Analysis Of The Options Regarding The Extension Of The Metro Line – Completion Of The Phase Within 8 Months From The Start Date Of The Services, Including The Period Related To The Verification And Approval Of The Documentation By The Purchaser, The Completion Of The Phase Being Marked By The Approval Of The Final Version Of The Options Evaluation Report, Accompanied By The Documents Provided In The Specifications; C) Phase 2 – Preliminary Design, Including The Development Of The Feasibility Study – The Completion Of The Phase Within 22 Months From The Start Date Of The Services, Including The Period Related To The Verification And Approval Of The Documentation By The Purchaser, The Completion Of The Phase Being Marked By The Approval Of The Feasibility Study, Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Specifications; D) Phase 3 – Support For Expropriations, Financing And Contracting – Fulfillment Of All Activities And Conditions Provided For In Point 4.5.1 Of The Terms Of Reference Within 25 Months From The Start Date Of The Services; E) Completion Of The Services - Within 26 Months From The Start Date Of The Services, By Completing The Contractual Obligations And Submitting, Verifying And Accepting The Final Report By The Purchaser, Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Contract And In The Specifications. The Realization Of This Project Involves The Carrying Out Of Multidisciplinary Investigations, Including Topographical, Geotechnical, Hydrological And Traffic Studies, The Elaboration Of Technical-Economic Analyses, The Evaluation Of Route Alternatives, The Integration Of The Proposed Technical Solutions With The Existing Infrastructure, As Well As Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And Agreements In Accordance With The Legislation In Force.
