This Project Concerns The Rehabilitation-Extension Of A Type U Building Open To The Public And The External Thermal Insulation Of A Type U Building Open To The Public, As Well As The Aesthetic Treatment Of The Facades Of Towers A, B, C And D Of The Caremeau Nord Building. The Rehabilitation-Extension Of The Building Concerns Buildings C And D Located On The Main Site In Carémeau Nord. These Buildings Today Present Hotel Reception Conditions That Do Not Meet The Standards Expected In A Health Environment. This Operation Aims To Achieve The Following Objectives: - Improve Hotel Comfort With A Rate Of Single Rooms Greater Than 66%, - Make All Rooms Accessible To Disabled People, - Optimize Capacity By Tending Towards 24 Full Hospitalization Beds Per Department. This Operation Is An Opportunity To Bring Together In The Same Building Complex The Medical Services Treating Chronic Diseases, In Particular: Metabolic And Endocrine Diseases (Mme), Internal Medicine, And Rheumatology. This Operation Also Aims At The Following Functional Objectives: - Rehabilitate A Maximum Of 4 Standardized Hospitalization Units (R+2 And R+3 Of Towers C And D), - Group Together The Tertiary Premises Linked To The Services Concerned By The Operation In The Elevation Of Tower C To Be Created - External Thermal Insulation (Ite) And The Renovation Of The Facades Of Towers A, B, C And D Of Carémeau Nord. In Addition, The Work Is Planned To Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site With Continued Activity Using Level 3 Of These Buildings, Which Is Currently Empty, In Drawer Operation. A Descriptive Note Of The Program Is Attached To This Consultation File. The Estimated Cost Of The Work Is Estimated At 11,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is Therefore To Conclude A Project Management Contract For A Restructuring-Extension Operation, With The Following Mission Elements: Diag, Aps, Apd, Pro, Act, Partial Exe, Visa, Det And Aor.
