The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Conclusion With A Maximum Of Three (3) Economic Operators Of A Framework Agreement For 24 Months, For The Acquisition Of Optional Life Insurance Services For The Personnel Of The Naval Forces Who Perform Parachuting And/Or Diving Activities On The National Territory. If The Winning Economic Operator, Ranked I, Is Unable To Provide The Service, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded To Economic Operators Ranked Ii And Iii, As The Case May Be. The Insurance Policies Will Be Issued For Each Person Separately Depending On The Time Period For Which The Insurance Is Requested Or Collectively When It Is Necessary To Insure More Than 2 People. The Unit Price Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Expressed In Lei/Day Of Insurance. Minimum Quantity Framework Agreement: 1 Person/Day Maximum Quantity Framework Agreement 274,480 Persons/Days (376 Persons X 730 Days) Estimated Quantities For The Largest Subsequent Contract: 300 Persons X 90 Days = 27,000 Days/Persons. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Monthly/Quarterly/Semiannually, Depending On The Needs Of The Military Unit, The Fluctuation Of The Effectives And The Existence Of The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose By The Secondary Authorizing Officer Of Credits. The Number Of Persons Insured Under The Subsequent Contract May Be Increased Or Decreased, Depending On The Fluctuation Of The Military Units Effectiveness. In This Case, An Addendum To The Contract Will Be Concluded, And The Policy Will Be Updated With The Actual Number Of People, At The Written Request Of The Purchaser At Least 72 Hours Before Making The Change, Applying Additional Or Minus Premiums Equal To The Value Of The Insurance Premium/Day Corresponding To The Number Of Days And Persons Insured Plus Or Minus.
