The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Energy-Efficient Roof Renovation Of Building I02 At The Hannover Medical School (Mhh). The Scope Of Services Includes The Following Work: - **Planning Services:** Preparation Of The Necessary Plans And Calculations, In Particular For The Slope Insulation, Parapets And Security Systems As Well As The Lightning Protection System. - **Demolition Work:** Dismantling Of The Existing Roof Structures Including Vapor Barrier, Foam Glass Insulation, Bitumen Sealing And Gravel Layer As Well As Removal Of Existing Built-In Parts And Metal Covers. - **Roof Waterproofing Work:** Construction Of The New Roof Structure With Vapor Barrier, Thermal Insulation And Epdm Sealing Including The Necessary Connections. - **Installation And Plumbing Work:** Renewal Of The Skylights And Flat Roof Drains, Production Of Emergency Drains And Renewal Of The Attic Covers. - **Security And Lightning Protection Work:** Production Of The Security Devices And Renewal Of The Lightning Protection System. The Roof Areas That Have Already Been Renovated Remain Unaffected By The Work; The Parapet Covers Are Excluded From This. The Implementation Is Carried Out In Sections During Ongoing Teaching Operations In Compliance With The Technical, Hygienic And Safety-Related Requirements Of The Mhh.
