Framework Agreements Shall Be Established With Up To Three Tenderers, Call-Offs Shall Be Made In Accordance With The Method Of Falling. The Contracting Authority Will Only Advance To The Next Ranked Supplier If The Highest Ranked Tenderer Cannot Deliver Completely Or Partially.
