The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Estimated Number Of Vehicle Kilometers By No More Than 10% Or To Increase It By No More Than 5%, On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template. The Costs Of Insurance For Buses And Electricity Consumed By Buses Are Borne By The Ordering Party; The Costs Of Ongoing Operation And Maintenance Of Buses And Charging Stations Are Borne By The Contractor. •The Contractor Will Provide Two Reserve Buses Meeting The Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In Annex 4 To The Contract Template, Used Only In The Event Of Failure Or Unavailability Of Electric Buses. •No Fees Are Charged To Passengers On Communication Line No. 0. The Development Of Timetables And The Introduction Of Changes To Them Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party As The Organizer Of Public Collective Transport. •The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined As The Product Of The Number Of Vehicle Kilometers Constituting The Basis For Settlement, I.E.
