The Given Amount Of Fuel Is An Estimated/Forecast Value, Which May Change During The Term Of The Contract Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party (Resulting From Situations Beyond His Control, Purchase Or Replacement Of Cars). Prices For Diesel Oil And Unleaded Gasoline Will Be Charged According To The Prices Applicable On The Date Of Sale Less The Discount Granted By The Contractor In The Offer.
