Agricultural, Forestry, Horticultural, Aquacultural And Apicultural Services – Service Concession Relating To The Operation And Promotion Of The Lakes De L’Eau D’Heure Equestrian Center. The Licensor Has On The Site An Equestrian Center With An Area Of ​​Approximately 18 Hectares, Including Two Indoor Tracks (One Large And One Small), An Outdoor Track, A Cafeteria Area Whose Interior Finishes Must Be Completed, A Sanitary And Changing Room Area Whose Finishes Must Be Completed, A Hayloft, An Open Shed And Unfenced Meadows, As Well As An Area Including A Building [Intended To Be Demolished]. These Infrastructures, Unused Since 2016, Require Finalization, Rehabilitation And Compliance Work.
