The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Following Work: - **Construction Site Setup And Security:** Setup, Maintenance And Dismantling Of The Construction Site, Scaffolding Work As Well As Necessary Protection And Security Measures. - **Demolition And Dismantling:** Dismantling Of The Existing Roof Sealing, Defective Insulation Materials, Roof Structures, Skylights And Rwa Systems Including Professional Disposal. - **Roof Sealing Work:** Renewal Of Thermal Insulation And Production Of A New Roof Seal Including Connections, Penetrations And Attics. - **Technical Roof Structures:** Installation Of New Skylights And Rwa Systems, Renewal Or Repair Of The Roof Drainage, Installation Of A New Lightning Protection System As Well As Adaptation And Reinstallation Of Existing Technical Roof Structures. - **Security Systems And Documentation:** Manufacture Of The Intended Stop Structures As Well As Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Documentation Work.
