The Subject Of The Order (Applicable To All Separate Positions) Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Stages:Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase With Scope And Contents According To The Territorial Planning Act (Zut) And Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects With The Measures Included In The Energy Efficiency Survey And The Sites Technical Passport.Activity 2 - Implementation Of Smp According To The Duly Agreed And Approved Investment Project.Activity 3 - Exercise Author Supervision During Construction.The Specific Activities For The Individual Stages Are Described In The Technical Specifications, Appendices To The Participation Documentation.The Investment Project Will Be Implemented In Vidin, Stroitel Quarter.The Implementation Of The Investment Project Will Lead To: Construction Of New Energy-Efficient Buildings, Providing An Accessible, Safe And Supportive Living Environment, As Close As Possible To Home, Tailored To The Needs Of The Elderly And Aimed At Providing Quality Long-Term Care, Support In Daily Activities And Conditions For A Dignified And Independent Life. Measures For An Accessible Environment, Green Urban Infrastructure And Improvement Of The Adjacent Space Will Be Implemented.
